Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order is not as you expected, please let us know by contacting us immediately during regular business hours or sending an email. We will respond to your as quickly as possible and make it right. If all or part of your order needs to be returned, we only accept items in their original unused condition.

** Items that have been used are not returnable. Postage for returned items, and exchanges are not refundable.

Your payment information is completely encrypted. We do not store your personal credit card information on our database. No credit card or personal information is ever sent via email or other non-secure means. Your information is kept private. We do not share your private information with anyone. Sultry Indulgences  is operated as a sole proprietor and owned by Rachel Reeves. All Credit Card Statements will read the charge from PayPal – Sultry or an extended name of PayPal – Sultry Indulgences.

Claims and Returns

All claims for shortages, damages, etc., must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.


All returns subject to restocking charges up to 30% depending on manufacturer in addition to freight charges.

No returns will be accepted by our warehouse without a valid return authorization number issued by one of our customer service representatives.

Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinued without notice. In the event an item is out of stock after a purchase is made every effort will be made to provide a “like” product for that purchase or a full refund will be given for that specific item.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the time we receive your completed order to receive your merchandise. Certain items may not be available for shipping outside the contiguous 48 United States. Unless there was an error in your shipment made by us shipping costs are not refundable.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is not overnight shipping. It will depend on the item ordered and availability to ship. Normally Expedited shipping, if offered, is 1-2 business days. If you need an item faster please contact us for item availability and shipping speeds.

International Shipping

Please contact us directly if you are outside of the contiguous 48 United States for purchases. You may contact us at (530) 949-0450 or Some items are available for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada.

How will the merchandise be shipped to me?

Our products are provided by many vendors; USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post, UPS or FedEx Air or Ground. At times some of our manufacturer’s names will be on the packing slip and/or shipping materials representing Sultry Indulgences.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

All products shipped to the State of California will be charged the statewide minimum of 7.50%.  In the event you are in a district that reports a higher tax rate you will be responsible for claiming the difference on your taxes.
